Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your wool products and place them back in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive in resalable condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
